ABOUT
This site is dedicated to restoring and bringing to life, historic photographs of the City of Townsville in North Queensland, Australia. The images have been cleaned of age-related tears and stains, and digitally hand-coloured to reveal a captivating slice of Townsville's early history.
The image prints have been produced using archival inks on museum quality premium fine art matt papers. The papers are finely textured and chosen for their historical art reproduction qualities.
When you purchase a print from the shop, it will come accompanied with an annotated graphic pointing out prominent local features and detailing relevant historic significance. Please keep in mind that the originals of these images are in excess of 100 years old.
All images are available in standard A4Â and A3 sizes with the best reproduction quality images available in A2.

WHAT SIZES ARE THE PRINTS.
All images are available as prints in sizes A4 (29.7cm x 21cm) and A3 (42.0cm x 29.7cm). Selected images are also available as A2 (59.4cm x 42.0cm)
DO YOU SHIP TO LOCATIONS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
We don't have a standard shipping rate for countries outside of Australia. However if you leave your details in the Contact form below, we will be only too happy to provide a cost to ship a print to countries outside Australia.
